My Travels: Eastwood.

My dance ministry, Iron Saints, had a dance concert last week, and last monday was our thanksgiving dinner at Eastwood. I knew I had to go there by myself. Through commuting. So I needed directions to get a vehicle to Eastwood. So I asked my parents. They told me to drop of at Tiendesitas. (Which, I know how to go there) And cross a street, and ride a jeep. I then said to myself, "A-a jeep? By myself?" I gulped. I never liked jeeps. Well, I do like them somehow, but I just don't like it being crowded. The only hope was to sit in front. But then, I thought, "I still need to ride a jeep. No other way. But at least I get to experience this. It's like an adventure."

It was around 5:10 when I left the house, I was walking to my usual fx "station" and it was unusual, that when I arrived, there was an fx I was waiting for, "Ever/Junction". If you're wondering why it's unusual, it's because, when I arrive at the spot for waiting, an fx that ride just passed by it and I wasn't able to get it. Okay, continuing to the story, I rode the fx, and there was around 3 people in it. I knew that people were going to ride as soon as we get to the nearest street. by the time the fx went to the busy street, even MORE people go in.

Time travel to my stop, Tiendesitas. I was told to go cross some street and wait for an jeep. When I crossed it, I saw a jeep and shouted to the conductor "Eastwood?", he answered "hindi po, sa kabila po yun." (Translation: "Sorry, not the jeep you're looking for. Go cross the street and the jeep you're looking for is there.") So I did cross the street, and I saw a Cubao jeep. I rode it and traveled. (Note: It's been a while since I've been to Eastwood. So I don't exactly remember the landmarks.

In mid-travel, I got nervous due to the fact that I forgot the landmarks. So out of all nervousness, I talked to the driver. I barely talk to the driver, so I asked him "Eastwood na po ito?". He was busy, so he just pointed forward, I just nodded. A few minutes later, he shouted to all the people in the jeep (It was loud"Eastwood na po" (Translation: "We're at Easwood already.")

I went out and walked to Eastwood. The End. My story. I might have a few more of these.
