So recently, I've been sick for these past few days, (since Monday to specific) And I completely learned my lesson. Do NOT swim in the ber months. I forgot to add in my post (Suffocating From the Crowds In the Land of -Ber.) That you should not swim in the -ber months. (especially December. You know the reason)
After swimming, I told myself I might get sick. And I did. So if you just swam after reading this, or just got sick recently, (If you got sick and are feeling better, congrats.) I'm sorry for the late post. Back off, haters.
But the good things of being sick is that when you announce it in social media, (I don't post about it much. Just twitter.) People start noticing you. It's as if you we're just there until you suddenly become a superstar. It's like being ignored the whole time, and when something bad happens to you, people start caring. As if. Some people even try to cheer you up. When I told my friend I was sick, she sent me a joke through a text message, saying:
"Restaurant patron: 'Waiter! This food is awful. I won't eat it! You better get the manager'
Waiter: 'It won't do any good, mister, he wouldn't eat it either'"
When I got this text, I was eating a peanut butter sandwich. Fortunately, I didn't choke or spit it all over the place. But what happened to me was to just smile. Even though I was sick. So, don't for get to smile today. =)
