What does a twitch feel like? I don't mean the physical feeling of a twitch, there's also mental, and emotional. (Emotional only happens to the "accidental break-up", etc)

"Meet Stacy. She's a normal teenager who has massive OCD. Any small thing she sees unorganized- since she has the OCD thing -she would try to fix it. One day, she went to her best friend's house to chat. (I'm not going to bring the white girl stereotype. To those waiting, sorry.) But Stacy being the OCD brat she is, she noticed something on her best friends hair.
She noticed only one strand of hair is uneven than the others. She grabs the scissors and cuts a small piece. Then she relaxed. A few seconds later, she finds it uneven again. (At this point, she gets a twitch on her eye and neck)
She then is rushed to the hospital due to heart attack. And wakes up a day later.
'Wh-where am I?' Stacy says.
'You're at the hospital' Her doctor says.
And she noticed the eyeglasses of the doctor. It was uneven again."

That my people. Is a twitch. Twitches are normal. But they just don't happen all the time. Another example would be like this:
Imagine you and a friend talking, and you know something about him. He then starts to lie-Since you know the truth- he does a sudden twitch. Now that is proof.
Note: Twitching can be contagious. Symptoms would be sudden movements of eyes, thigh, hand, fingers, neck, etc. Or twitching can give a sign to other people that you're lying, hiding something, etc. Can cause random twitching for some reason.
Reasons for twitching can be:
1. Lying
2. Hiding something
3. Watching horror movies.
4. No apparent reason.
5. Murder
As you see on the title, I have twitched today. I just. Twitched while reading. I didn't know why. I'm glad I don't have OCD (No offense to those who have it)
